Jeanne d'Arc, surnommée la Pucelle d'Orléans ou plus simplement la Pucelle, est une figure emblématique de l'histoire de France et une sainte de l'Église Catholique.
Jeanne d’Arc après des victoires sur les Anglais, est faite prisonnière à Compiègne par les Bourguignons et vendue aux Anglais. Elle est enfermée dans l’une des tours du château de Rouen. Après un long procès organisé par l’évêque Cochon, elle est brûlée vive le 30 mai sur la Place du Vieux Marché. Elle a 19 ans.
