Dieppe, sous-préfecture de la Seine-Maritime est la plage la plus proche de Paris. Elle est la doyenne des stations balnéaires françaises. L’unité urbaine de Dieppe compte aujourd’hui environ 42 000 habitants.

Every two years, on the seafront lawns, there is the “Festival international de Dieppe de cerfs-volants”. At less than 2 hours from Paris, all the kite players from all over the world are there, in an exceptional site, for the most important gathering in Europe and one of three in the world.

Le Festival international de Dieppe de cerfs-volants se tient tous les deux ans, sur les pelouses du front de mer.
