Rouen - Capitale de la Normandie
Rouen, capitule de la Normandie ducale et de nos jours, capitale de la « Haute-Normandie », réunit aujourd’hui, en une même agglomération urbaine un peu moins de 500 000 habitants.
La « Ville-Musée », pour les uns, le « Pot de Chambre de la Normandie »(*), pour d’autres, incendiée en juin 1940 et bombardée en 1944 a relevé ses monuments dont sa cathédrale gothique.
